工場見学は基本的に日本語でのツアーとなります。
英語の簡易教科書のご用意がございます。
通訳なしで多くの外国の方に日本語ツアーにご参加いただいています！

16名以上の団体様は団体申し込みページをご確認いただき、専用フォームからお申込みください。
※通訳はいません。日本語でのツアーになります。

※There will be no interpreter. The tour will be conducted in Japanese.

【Precautions when visiting】
・Trucks pass through the factory, so please keep an eye on children.

・Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed in the tour, but please note that there are some stairs to climb.

・As this is a food factory, we ask that you refrain from bringing food into the facility for hygiene reasons. Please refrain from visiting with pets. However,there are some places where you can visit with a service dog.

・Smoking is prohibited in the factory, so please cooperate with us.

・Foods containing allergens (soy, wheat) may be sampled.

・Please help us disinfect your fingers.

・There are dangerous places in the factory. If you cannot follow the instructions of the staff, you may not be able to participate.

・There is also an outdoor tour route. Please bring rain gear such as an umbrella when it rains.

・Customers who made reservations online do not need to apply on the day.
Please be at the meeting point marked with an orange flag 5 minutes before the start time.

・Customers who are on the day of the reception, please fill in the reception book at the meeting place and wait.

・Up to 25 people can participate in the reservation.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

・Please contact us by email as much as possible.

・If you are coming in a large vehicle, please contact us in advance regardless of the number of people.
