外国語ユーザーの方の見学の際の注意事項とお申込みのお願いです。
基本は日本語でのツアーとなります。
【お願い】
人数に関わらず、大型車（普通車より大きいもの）でお越しの場合は、必ず事前にメールでご連絡ください。

英語ツアーのご予約は1ヶ月前から受け付けております。
それ以前のお問い合わせにはご返答できません。
ノーショーや直前キャンセルが発生したため、この日までのご予約を受け付けることとしました。
誠に申し訳ございませんが、ご了承くださいませ。
We accept reservations for English tours one month in advance.
We will not be able to respond to inquires received before this date.
We have had some cases of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which is why we have decided to accept reservations up to this date.

【通訳の方がいる場合】
通訳の方がいらっしゃる場合は、人数に関わらず、専用回でのご予約をお願いいたします。
また、直前の場合はお断りする場合がございます。
2週間前までのご予約をお願いいたします。
【英語でのご案内をご希望の方へ】
日程によってお受けできることもございますので、ご希望の日程（複数ある場合は候補日すべて）をご記入の上、
メールにてお問合せ下さい。英語でのご案内は平日のみとさせていただきます。また2週間前までに予約必須です。

【Precautions when visiting】
・Trucks pass through the factory, so please keep an eye on children.
・Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed in the tour, but please note that there are some stairs to climb.
・As this is a food factory, we ask that you refrain from bringing food into the facility for hygiene reasons. Please refrain from visiting with pets. However,there are some places where you can visit with a service dog.
・Smoking is prohibited in the factory, so please cooperate with us.
・Foods containing allergens (soy, wheat) may be sampled.
・Please help us disinfect your fingers.
・There are dangerous places in the factory. If you cannot follow the instructions of the staff, you may not be able to participate.
・There is also an outdoor tour route. Please bring rain gear such as an umbrella when it rains.
・Customers who made reservations online do not need to apply on the day.
Please be at the meeting point marked with an orange flag 5 minutes before the start time.
・Customers who are on the day of the reception, please fill in the reception book at the meeting place and wait.
・Up to 25 people can participate in the reservation.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
